尊敬的客人/合作伙伴，
Please kindly be noted that from October 01st 2017, a Legal Administration Fee (LAF), for cargo moving
to/from non-US, shall be charged to cover the extra work created at Carrier’s level by the
coordination/organization and follow-up of actions/measures taken in case of damage or risk of
damage to the cargo and/or container and/or vessel due to the Merchant’s and/or Partner’s
negligence, fault or misconduct. This fee will be charged to any faulty / liable party (hence clients
but also operational partners) in addition to the extra handling costs themselves.
敬请知悉，自2017 年10 月01 日起，针对进出非美国的货物，若由于货方和/或合作伙伴疏
忽、过失或过错对货物和/或集装箱和/或船舶造成损失或风险且承运人因此采取相应措施的，
将就承运人因此采取的额外行动/措施收取法律服务费（Legal Administration Fee, 简称LAF）。
该LAF 费用将在实际发生的额外操作费用外，向过错方/责任方（包括客人及合作伙伴）收取。
This fee will be charged in addition to the costs actually as the result of the situation itself and its
remedy. The Merchant and/or Partner shall be liable for LAF as below and remains liable until the said
charges have been paid in full:
TARIFF OF THE LEGAL ADMINISTRATION FEE:
FOR COSTS UP TO 500 USD: 40 USD PER CONTAINER
FOR COSTS BETWEEN 500 AND 1000 USD: 80 USD PER CONTAINER
FOR COSTS BETWEEN 1000 AND 2000 USD: 140 USD PER CONTAINER
FOR COSTS OVER 2000 USD: 200 USD PER CONTAINER
除实际发生的费用外，法律服务费用将根据实际情况及救济状况另行收取。 货方和/或合作伙
伴将对下述LAF 负责且有责任全额付清：
法律服务费计算费率:
处理费在 500 美元以内: 40 美元/箱
处理费在 500 美元至1000 美元: 80 美元/箱
处理费在1000 美元至 2000 美元: 140 美元/箱
处理费超过2000 美元: 200 美元/箱
